healthy & delish :)

i dont know if some of you guys are interested in healthy lifestyle or recipes, but i decided to share one of my favourite  healthy recipe alternatives because it is good for your body and health, also it will refresh & detox ur body :) 

so all u need is some apples (1 is enough)
banana
kiwi
soy milk or regular milk
few dashes of cinnamon
and spinach

u can add as much fruits as u want to, and if u want u can add some pieces of pineapple.
