healthy & tasty salad recipe🍐🍒🍆

so today i came up with this recipe, i though why not.
i desided to share with you guys this recipe, because its very simple and healthy. All you need is 
1) avocado
2) raw organic olives
3) cucumber
4) basilic
5) karrie 
6) and jinger powder

so let's talk about benefits of this ingridiends:
Why avacado? because it's not only delishious, avocados are a nutrient dense, cholesterol-free fruit with naturally good fats.
it also has antioxidant properties and is extremely vital for maintaining a healthy looking skin.

I basically add ginger in everything! Ginger clears the ‘microcirculatory channels’ of the body, including the pesky sinuses that tend to flare up from time to time, also ginger possesses numerous therapeutic properties including antioxidant effects.
